Manish Ashok Pimple is the Founder & CEO of Asojini Data Sciences Pvt Ltd (ADS), bringing 27+ years of IT experience across major technology landscapes in India, the US and the UK - including 15+ years leading his own consultancy at senior/leadership level. His career spans enterprise database architecture, cloud data platforms, predictive analytics and AI, and has more recently expanded into an original Astro-Data Science practice, giving founders, CXOs and enterprises a rare blend of engineering rigour, predictive intelligence, and strategic behavioural insight under one roof.

Expert in designing and implementation of solutions regarding Data digital age data and enterprise data, Backup & Recovery of traditional server or with cloud database, Disaster planning, Real Application Clusters and Performance Tuning on both Oracle/Teradata and Cloud Data base like snowflack, mongDb platforms.Since founding ADS in 2011, he has designed and implemented solutions across the full data lifecycle - from traditional and cloud database administration (Oracle, Teradata, Snowflake, MongoDB) to backup and recovery, disaster planning, Real Application Clusters, and performance tuning - while personally delivering training to 100+ clients across India.
